Gender representation
As of March 2023:
- 56.4% of our workforce are women, this is a small decrease from 57.2% in 2022.
- 42% of our Senior Civil Servants are women, which is the same figure as in 2022.
We will continue to work on achieving an equal gender balance across the workforce. Figure 1 shows the breakdown of women and men across all grades for March 2023:
